Cancellation Policy: 

We are a small company! Please know it's not our intention to cause you stress. Our cancellation policy is in place to honor our busy schedule and meet the needs of clients and their babies.

Private Training Session

Venmo or check to reserve the calendar. Respectfully, we ask that you offer at least 48 hour notice to cancel. You will be charged 50% of the session total.

Puppy Classes

4 week cancellation requirement for all puppy classes. Refund will be at 100%. If you cancel within the 4 weeks, you will be charged 50% of the class price.

Board & Train

Total amount due to reserve the calendar. 4 week notice to cancel a board & train will allow a 50% refund. If within the 4 week cancellation policy, we will do our best to fill your spot and refund 50%.

Boarding

Total amount due to reserve the calendar. 4 week notice to cancel boarding will allow a 50% refund. If within the 4 week cancellation policy, we will do our best to fill your spot and refund 50%.
